Our commercial division includes the design and build management of Clubs, bars, offices, shops, and restaurants. We offer full CAD design services and advice on all current regulations and licensing obligations.
We always leave our jobs cleaned and ready for occupation. Our projects are managed and organized to happen on time and on budget to our own exacting standards of quality. The services provided by OSC Spain allows the local and expatriate home or business owner to rest secure in the knowledge that every detail of their project will be overseen by our own ‘in house’ qualified professionals fully supported by our Spanish associates. Following acceptance of our estimate, a contract will be generated with costs, payment schedules and start /finish dates stipulated – which allows us to allocate the required resources Any license and/or project applications – although actually the responsibility of the client – can be managed by us on your behalf.Turning your dreams into reality – hassle free, on time and on budget. We use our standard product ranges when preparing your basic estimate – we also give allowance figures when quoting for tiles, marble, granite or silestone etc. Should you choose items that are more or less than our allowance prices our final estimate will be amended to accommodate those additional charges / deductions.
Should our clients decide to change or add to the original specifications of works during the project process - these will be agreed, priced and new time scales agreed and signed off by both parties. THIS WILL INCREASE THE JOB PRICE AND THE COMPLETION TIME - While sometimes we understand that ‘things change’ - we do have to charge for additional time, labour and materials.

Especially helpful for our non-Spanish speaking clients, we will coordinate with professional bodies, local councils and urbanization committees to help with license approvals. Our senior management speak between them German, Spanish and of course English.
